(a) New Members of the GSIA shall fill out and submit an application form prescribed by the members of the Association and pay admission  fee.

(b) Membership application shall be approved by the Governing Council.

(c) A Member whose membership is suspended due to sanction shall be obliged to pay its membership dues even during the period of such    suspension.

(d) i. Regular or Associate Members shall pay such annual dues as the Governing Council shall determine.

     ii. Annual dues shall be due and payable by the 30th day of April each year or upon admission to membership.

    iii. In addition to annual dues, a one-time registration to be determined by the Governing Board annually and approved by members is due and payable by newly admitted members.

     iv. Annual dues may differ as between Regular and Associate Members admitted to the membership.
